摘 要:宽厚板轧机组合式机架通过拉杆紧固连接达到与整体式机架相当的力学性能,研究拉杆最优预紧力可有效减小机架窗口变形,从而降低轧辊轴承座挤压受损程度。对营口5 000mm粗轧机组合式机架进行数据测量;利用ANSYS WORKBENCH软件并基于有限元理论对机架进行无预紧力静力学分析;选取拉杆预紧力作为设计变量并设定目标函数,采用基于遗传算法的多目标优化方法对拉杆预紧力进行优化分析。结果表明,在满足机架强度且横梁与立柱不发生分离的条件下,使组合式机架窗口变形量最小的拉杆预紧力即为最优预紧力;组合式机架强度和刚度均得到优化。通过压靠实验测得机架刚度,实验结果与模拟结果误差为5.5%,验证了有限元模拟的可靠性。Sectional rolling-mill housing of wide heavy plate mill can achieve the comparative mechanical properties as one-piece housing by preload.Research on the optimal preload can effectively decrease the deformation of the window,thus reducing the extrusion damage of the roll bearing seat.The size of the 5 000 mm sectional rough rolling-mill housing of Yingkow was measured.Based on the finite element theory,the ANSYS WORKBENCH software was used to conduct the static structural analysis of the sectional rolling-mill housing without preload.After selecting the bolt preload as the design variables and setting the objectives,the preload of the bolts was optimized by multi-objective optimization method based on the multi objective genetic algorithms.The optimal preload could ensure the mill housing with enough strength,no gap between the beam and column as well as the smallest window deformation.Both the strength and stiffness of the housing were optimized.By comparing the pressure experiments obtained stiffness value with the simulation results,it is found that the error was 5.5%,which effectively verifies the reliability of finite element simulation.
