二双酚A季戊四醇双亚磷酸酯的合成研究

摘　　要：以季戊四醇、三氯化磷和双酚A作为原料合成新型抗氧剂双酚A季戊四醇亚磷酸酯.通过实验探究反应物料配比、反应溶剂的种类及用量、反应所需催化剂和反应温度等反应条件.通过正交实验法来确定实验所需的最佳条件,并且对所得产物进行元素分析、红外谱图分析.本产品具有热稳定性高,抗氧效果好及毒性小等优点,探究此产品的合成对抗氧剂的研究具有重大的意义.With pentaerythritol,phosphorus trichloride and bisphenol A as material to synthesize a new antioxidant bisphenol A pentaerythritol bis-phosphite.The effects of reaction solvent,reaction needed catalyst,reaction temperature and molar ratio of the material on yields were analyzed.The optimum conditions were discussed by the orthoganol experiment,and the products were characterized by Elemental analysis and IR analysis.the product has a high thermal stabilizer,antioxidant properties and low toxicity.It is of great significance to study the synthesis of antioxidant on this product.
