摘  要:分布于太湖流域低洼中心的苏南湖泊群,属典型三角洲浅水湖泊类型,大部分地区地面高程均低于当地洪水位。以苏南地区的60个湖泊为研究对象,通过统计分析比较研究了湖泊水深、容积、面积与湖泊富营养化、生物多样性及基本理化指标等的相关关系。研究结果表明,湖泊水深与pH、COD_(Mn)和叶绿素a呈显著负相关,与总氮和氨氮呈显著正相关;与生物多样性呈正相关,与富营养化指数呈负相关,但均不显著。由此可知,湖泊深度可对湖泊富营养化及生物多样性产生影响,但其内在机制比较复杂,并不呈现简单的线性关系。随着生产活动的加剧,包括筑堤围圩在内的一些湖泊取土行为,会对湖泊的生物种质资源等产生深远影响,日后应加强这方面的规范。Lakes group of southern Jiangsu,which is typical shallow lakes of Delta,is mainly distributed in low- lying center of Taihu basin,the elevation in most areas are below local flood level. In this research,60 lakes in southern Jiangsu were chosen as the research targets to investigate the correlation among lake's water depth,volume,area,eutrophication degree,biodiversity and basic physic and chemical indicators by statistical analysis. Results showed that the lake water depth is significantly and negatively correlated with p H,CODMn and chlorophyll a,while significantly and positively correlated with total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen. The lake water depth is positively correlated with biodiversity,and negatively correlated with the eutrophication index,but not significantly. It indicated that lake' s depth has impact on lake' s eutrophication and biodiversity,but the mechanism is complex and the relationship is not simple linear. With the increase of production activities,behaviors like earth excavation for embankments will affect the biological germplasm resources,we should strengthen the regulations of this respect in the future.
