摘 要:本文研究建立原子吸收法测定埃索美拉唑钠中钠元素含量的测定方法。采用标准曲线法,检测波长为589.0nm。实验结果表明在589.0nm处,空白溶液对钠的测定无干扰,线性考察显示,在钠元素浓度为0.5~4.0mg·L^(-1)范围内,吸光度A与浓度C线性关系良好,R^2大于0.999。经方法学验证:精密度、溶液稳定性、重复性、准确度良好,同时证明,此方法耐用性良好,可用于埃索美拉唑钠中钠的含量测定。In this paper, the atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS) method for the determination of sodium in esomeprazole sodium was estabished. Using the standard curve method, the detection wavelength was 589.0nm. Ex-perimental results show that at 589.0nm the blank solution has no interference with the determination of sodium,linear study shows that the concentration of sodium within 0.5-4.0mg·L^-1 range, the absorbance A has a good linear relationship with the concentration of C, R^2 is greater than 0.999. By method validation: accuracy, solution stability, repeatability and accuracy are good, at the same time this method has good durability and can be used as the determination method of sodium content in esomeprazole sodium.
