摘  要:露天矿开采境界优化是露天矿开采设计和生产过程中的重要内容,涉及矿山的安全、经济等各个方面,意义重大。首先采用拉格朗日松弛算法,建立露天矿山开采境界优化模型;以某石灰石露天矿为例,借助3DMine建立矿体的块体模型,以经济效益最大化为优化目标,进行露天开采境界优化研究,并与未优化的境界进行对比分析。境界优化后,矿山总剥离量减小3.84%,采出矿量增加1.96%,剥采比随之减小8.33%,经济效益明显提高。The optimization on the mining limit of open-pit mine is an important part during mining design and production,which related to the security,economy and other aspects of mine.Firstly,the optimization models of mining limit for open-pit mine were established by Lagrangian relaxation algorithm.Taking a limestone open-pit mine as an example,block models of orebody were built through 3DMine.Using the maximum economic benefits as the optimization goal,the optimization study on the mining limit was carried out.Compared to the non-optimized mining limit,it obtained that through the optimization,the economic benefit was improved obviously,in which the total overburden amount was decreased by 3.84%,the mine-out ore was increased by1.96%,and the stripping ratio was reduced by 8.33%.
