摘  要:悬顶是无底柱分段崩落法开采过程中常会遇到的问题,悬顶的出现不仅影响矿山的正常生产,而且增加了作业的危险性。通过对四川某地下铁矿频频出现悬顶的原因进行了调研分析,得出了引发该矿山悬顶的主要原因是切割槽及中深孔设计高度不足,并针对这些问题提出了预防措施,使得矿山悬顶率从30%下降为10%左右。同时针对矿山长期缺乏处理悬顶的有效措施,提出了利用侧向倾斜孔处理悬顶的技术方案,最终使得矿山回收率提高了13个百分点。实践证明,采用该技术方法处理悬顶是安全有效的,值得类似矿山借鉴。The problem of suspended roof always exists in the process of mining by the non-pillar sublevel caving,which not only affects the normal production of mine,but also increases the job danger.The causes of frequent suspended roof in an underground iron mine of Sichuan province were investigated and analyzed.It obtained that the main reasons of suspended roof were the cutting slot and the deficient design height of the deep hole.According to the reasons,the prevention measures were proposed to reduce the overhang rate from 30%to 10%.Meanwhile,aimed at the long-term lack of effective measures,the technical solution,using lateral oblique blast hole to control suspended roof,was proposed.Finally,the recovery rate of mine was increased by 13 percentages.Practice proved the technical solution for suspended roof was safe and effective,providing reference for similar mines.
