摘 要:为客观评估停机位系统的保障能力,探索进离港航班进出停机位之间的相互影响及其对保障能力的影响,本文选取两种典型的机坪布局,针对不同的运行方式,使用建模仿真的方法确定了相同机坪布局不同运行方式下的有效机位数。仿真数据表明使用有效机位数的概念可以更加科学地表述机坪的保障能力,可以为机场运行管理人员在制订机位容量计划、组织高峰时段航班运行及中远期机位系统规划方面提供有力的决策支持。In order to evaluate the support ability of an apron system and explore the mutual influence between aircraft taxi-in and taxi-out and its impact on the accommodating ability of aprons,the concept of ‘number of effective gates’ is defined. By selecting two typical apron layouts, the modeling and simulation method is used to determine the number of effective gates for the same apron layout with different ways of operation. The results reveal that analyzing the definition of ‘number of effective gates’ can not only display the accommodating ability of an apron more scientifically, but also support the decision making in designing plan of gates capacity, arranging the flights operation during peak hour as well as planning stand system in the long run.
