关节镜结合黏弹性补充治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病的研究

摘　　要：目的探究关节镜下清理结合黏弹性补充治疗膝关节退行性骨关节病的临床效果。方法选取56例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,分为试验组和对照组,各28例。试验组行膝骨关节炎关节镜下清理术添加加玻璃酸钠结合治疗,对照组行关节镜下清理术。视角模拟评分(VAS)及治疗有效率。结果患者膝关节功能评分、有效率均高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下清理结合黏弹性药物玻璃酸钠补充治疗效果好于关节镜下清理术,值得临床广泛运用。Objective To explore clinical results of knee replacement therapy combined with viscoelastic in knee degenerative joint disease. Methods 56 degenerative knee osteoarthritis patients were chosen, the experimental group underwent arthroscopic knee osteoarthritis add debridement plus sodium hyaluronate combined treatment, the control group underwent arthroscopie debridement. Knee function scores were observed in patients, perspective analog scale score （VAS） and the treatment efficiency. Results The experimental group knee function score, the effective rate of the control group, VAS scores than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic binding sodium hyaluronate viscoelastic effect of drug replacement therapy to arthroscopic debridement, worthy of wider use.
