微波在鼻内镜下治疗鼻出血的护理管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血的护理。方法:鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血患者168例,观察其疗效,分析总结术前、术后的护理措施。结果:通过术前、术后的精心护理,随访3个月,显效138例(82.14%),有效21例(12.50%),无效9例(5.36%),总有效率94.64%。结论:实施相应的护理措施,对鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血极其重要,能最大限度地减轻患者的痛苦,提高治疗有效率。Objective： To explore the nursing care of microwave treatment under nasal endoscope for nasal bleeding.Methods： Microwave treatment 168 cases of nasal bleeding,Summarize the therapeutic effect and analyze the effect of both preoperative and post- operation nursing intervention. Results： Through preoperative,postoperative intensive nursing care,and following-up for three months,138 cases（ 82. 14%） were markedly effective,21 cases（ 12. 50%）were effective,9 cases（ 5. 36%） were invalid,the total effective rate was 94. 64%. Conclusion： Implementation of the corresponding nursing measures,nasal endoscopic microwave treatment of epistaxis is extremely important,can to reduce the patient pain and improve the treatment efficiency.
