摘　　要：正确认识学校的历史和确定学校创办的年代有助于挖掘和利用学校的历史文化资源,增强社会特别是校友的认同感和向心力。本校创办时间自民国以来有多种版本,主要有清宣统元年说、宣统二年说和宣统三年说,三说各有张本。本文在查证文献、档案等各种史料的基础上,对民国以来学校创办时间的不同版本进行了梳理、考述和评论,尽量还原其发生的历史原貌,最后得出学校的创办时间应为宣统二年的结论。Knowledge of the history and founding date of the college helps make full use of its historical and cultural resources,which may enhance schoolfellows＇ sense of identity and approval of the college in the whole society. Among the many versions of its founding date,the following three are the most popular： 1909（ the first year of Xuantong Emperor）,1910（ the second year of Xuantong Emperor） and 1911（the third year of Xuantong Emperor）. Based on various historical data,this article studies the verifications of the three versions above,and finally draws the conclusion that the college was founded in 1910（the second year of Xuantong Emperor）.
