摘 要:试验旨在研究植物精油对肉仔鸡血液生理和免疫功能的影响,选择1日龄AA肉仔鸡480只作为试验动物,随机分成4组:对照组和试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,分别添加精油0、80、160、240 mg·kg-1饲料,检测血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、T、B淋巴细胞转化率。结果发现,植物精油对血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮的影响各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05),对甘油三酯和总胆固醇的影响在各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05),T、B淋巴细胞转化率增加显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,精油可增加肉仔鸡的免疫功能,且无不良影响。To study the effects of essential oil on blood biochemical index and lympocytes proliferation of broiler, a total of four hundreds and eighty of healthy one day old AA broilers, with similar initial body weight, half males and half females, were randomly divided into four treatments which include a control group and three experimental groups. Every treatment had six replicates of 20 broilers per replicate. Control group was fed basic diet, experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ were fed basal diet+80 mg, diet+160 mg, diet+240 mg essential oil respectively. The experiment lasted 42 days. The results showed that TP, ALB, UREA, TG and TC of each experimental group were not significant(P0.05) comparing with the control group. The lympocytes proliferation of each experimental group was higher than the control group, and some of them were the significant(P0.05). Essential oil had no bad effect to broilers, could promote immune function of broilers.
