浮针治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将61例腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组取腰背部肌筋膜触发点(即MTr P点)以浮针疗法治疗,对照组采用阿是穴和膀胱经、华佗夹脊穴循经穴位针刺为主治疗。2组均治疗4个疗程。观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前和治疗1,2,3,4个疗程后VAS评分。结果:治疗组失访1例,其余患者均获得2个月随访。治疗组治愈24例,好转3例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为96.67%;对照组治愈17例,好转4例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率为86.67%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各个疗程VAS评分较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.05);除第1个疗程外,其余各疗程2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:浮针疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎有良好疗效,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of floating needle therapy in the treatment of back myofascitis.Methods：61 cases of back myofascitis were randomly divided into a treatment group（31 cases）and a control group（30 cases）.The treatment group was given floating needle therapy on the MTr Ps（myofascial trigger points）,while the control group was needled on Ashi point,bladder meridian,and Huatuo spine points.Both groups were treated for 4 courses,observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups as well as the VAS score before and after 1,2,3 and 4 courses of treatment.Results：One case of the treatment group was lost during follow-up,and the other cases were followed up for 2 months.In the treatment group,24 cases were cured,3 cases were improved,2 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate being 96.67%;while in the control group,17 cases were cured,4 cases were improved,5 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 86.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment,VAS score in each course decreased compared with that before treatment（P 0.05）.In addition to the first course of treatment,the differences of the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Floating needle therapy has a good curative effect in the treatment of back myofascitis,worthy of promotion.
