摘　　要：目的评价综合康复治疗脑炎康复期及后遗症期的临床效果。方法抽取2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治的脑炎患者70例,分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,康复组开展综合康复治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果康复组治疗后肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及临床总有效率优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合康复治疗脑炎康复期及后遗症期的临床效果显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in rehabilitation period and sequelae period of encephalitis. Methods The extraction between December 2014 and December 2015,70 cases of encephalitis patients of our hospital,divided into two groups,control group using conventional treatment,rehabilitation group to carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,analysis of two groups of therapeutic effect. Results After limb motor function rehabilitation treatment group,daily life ability and clinical total effective rate was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy encephalitis recovery stage and sequelae stage of clinical effect is remarkable.
