摘　　要：目的观察控制性阶梯式减压术治疗重型颅脑创伤中的效果。方法随机将80例重型颅脑创伤患者平均分为两组。对照组行大骨瓣减压术,观察组行控制性阶梯式减压术,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组并发症发生率、预后良好率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论控制性阶梯式减压术治疗重型颅脑创伤效果理想。Objective To study the effect of the controlled staircase decompression in patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods We divided 80 patients into two groups. Control group used decompression by large craniotomy. observation group used controlled staircase decompression. Efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications,rate of favorable prognosis of the observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the controlled staircase decompression is ideal.
