负压封闭引流术(VSD)对骨外科创伤软组织缺损患者的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的分析负压封闭引流术（VSD）对骨外科创伤软组织缺损患者的应用价值。方法收集2012年1月-2015年12月我院骨外科收治的82例创伤软组织缺损患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予负压封闭引流术治疗,对照组给予传统方法治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 VSD术治疗骨外科创伤软组织缺损的效果显著。Objective To analyze the vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）value of bone trauma surgical soft tissue defects in patients. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,82 cases of soft tissue trauma admitted to our hospital,surgical bone defect patients in this study were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group vacuum sealing drainage treatment,control group received traditional methods of treatment,the treatment effect compared two groups of patients and healing time. Results The total efficiency of the control group,the healing time was shorter than the control group,a significant difference data（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of bone defects after surgical soft tissue surgery VSD significant effect.
