低分子肝素联合泼尼松在小儿肾病综合征治疗中的应用价值探究

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果。方法将118例原发性肾病综合征患儿分为研究组(低分子肝素+强的松)与对照组(强的松)。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组BUN、SCr、TC、ALb、Ccr等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素联合泼尼松治疗小儿肾病综合征的效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone in treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods 118 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into study group（LMWH＋prednisone）and control group（prednisone）. Results The total efficiency of the study group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）,group BUN,SCr,of TC,ALb,Ccr and other indicators were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin combined with prednisone in treatment of nephrotic syndrome in children has significant effect.
