左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究左甲状腺素钠对老年甲状腺功能减退症的治疗效果。方法研究2014年6月-2015年6月纳入老年甲状腺功能减退症56例,分为两组。对照组有28例,选用甲状腺片。实验组有28例,选用左甲状腺素钠。组间对比。结果两组中实验组FT3、TSH和FT4改善明显,治疗有效率高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论左甲状腺素钠治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症效果佳。Objective Levothyroxine sodium effect in treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism is to be studied. Methods Chose 56 elderly patients with hypothyroidism who were treated in hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 and separated them into two groups at random,28 patients in control group were given thyroid tablet medication treatment,while 28 patients in study group were given levothyroxine sodium treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ FT3,TSH,FT4 were improved greatly in study group,and treatment efficacy in study group was much higher,there was a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Levothyroxine sodium is effective in treatment of elderly patients with hypothyroidism.
