艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年9月-2015年7月本院收治的50例类风湿关节炎患者,将50例患者按照随机分配的原则分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对观察组患者给予艾拉莫德治疗,对对照组患者给予布洛芬治疗,经治疗结束后对观察组例和对照组患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果在观察组患者中,显效患者为13例,有效患者为10例,无效患者为2例,总有效率为92.0%,在对照组患者中,显效患者为8例,有效患者为9例,无患者为效8例,总有效率为68.0%,两组患者的了临床治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论艾拉莫德在治疗类风湿关节炎中有效果,提高了患者的生活质量,有效地促进了患者的健康。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ira maude in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of September 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital during the period of 50 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients,in accordance with the principle of randomized,50 cases of patients were divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group,patients in observation group received the treatment of iguratimod,the control group given ibuprofen treatment,after the end of treatment,the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results In the observation group of patients,13 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 92.0%,in the control group of patients,8 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,8 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of was 68.0%,two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy compared differences,there are significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ira Maude has a significant effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,effectively promote the health of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
