摘　　要：目的探究小剂量腰麻液联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉用于剖宫产对仰卧位低血压综合征发生率的影响。方法我院自2014年5月-2015年5月收治的552例择期剖宫产的初产妇,按照腰麻药剂量不同随机分为两组,每组276人。监测并记录相关指标,比较不同组间的仰卧位低血压综合征发生情况,新生儿评分情况以及麻醉效果。结果观察组产妇仰卧位低血压综合征发生率远低于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组新生儿Apgar评分和麻醉成功率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论小剂量腰麻液联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉,配合左侧卧位有助于降低仰卧位低血压综合征的发生。Objective To explore the occurrence rate of supine hypotension syndrome of low dose spinal anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Selected 552 cases of cesarean section primipara in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups（n=276）. Recorded the relevant indicators and compared the incidence of hypotension syndrome,neonatal score and the effect of anesthesia. Results Occurrence rate of supine hypotension syndrome of the observation group was much lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Apgar score and anesthesia success rate of two groups had no statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Low dose spinal anesthesia combined with epidural block anesthesia in cesarean section can reduce the incidence of supine hypotension syndrome.
