七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿口腔手术中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨七氟醚吸入在小儿口腔手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法以在我院行口腔手术的62例患儿为研究对象,患儿均给予七氟醚吸入麻醉。观察患儿吸入七氟醚后睫毛反射消失时间、停吸后清醒时间等指标。结果术中患儿睫毛反射消失时间为(41.2±8.6)s,七氟醚停吸后清醒时间为(6.6±3.2)min。手术所用时间为(55.2±3.6)min。手术过程中以及术后,患儿均未出现严重并发症,无呼吸抑制、咳嗽和呕吐等症状。结论七氟醚吸入应用到小儿口腔手术麻醉中诱导苏醒迅速,并发症较少。Objective To study the sevoflurane inhalation application in pediatric dental anesthesia effect. Methods In 62 cases in our oral surgery as the research object,the children were given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Observing children after sevoflurane inhalation eyelash reflex disappearing time,stop waking hours after absorption index,etc. Results Children with intraoperative eyelash reflex disappearing time was（41.2±8.6）s,sevoflurane stop smoking after waking hours（6.6±3.2）min. Used for surgery（55.2±3.6）min. Process and operation,with no serious complications occurred and no respiratory depression,coughing and vomiting symptoms. Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation into use in the pediatric dental anesthesia induction wake up quickly,with less complications.
