摘　　要：目的分析中心静脉置管脱管及护理效果。方法研究2015年1-12月纳入中心静脉置管脱管共52例,分析脱管原因,并随机分两组。26例施行常规护理,入对照组;26例施行综合护理,入研究组。组间比较。结果两组中研究组的置管时间更长,满意度更高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中心静脉置管脱管采用综合护理效果佳。Objective Make an analysis on removal of central venous catheter and its nursing efficacy. Methods Chose 52 cases of central venous catheter removal happened in hospital from January 2015 to December 2015,analyzed the cause for removal and then separated them into two groups,26 cases in control group were given conventional nursing,while another 26 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Central venous catheter was kept unmoved for a longer time and patients＇ satisfaction rate was much higher in study group compared to counterparts in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is much more effective for central venous catheter removal.
