贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效,为以后的治疗提供依据。方法选取我院从2010年1月至2011年12月收治的高血压患者300例,随机的分成三组,即贝那普利组、苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平组、联合组。每组各100例患者。各组采用相应的治疗方式进行治疗。观察每组患者治疗的效果,并对疗效进行评价。结果贝那普利组100例患者经过治疗后显效30例,有效33例,无效37例,总有效率63.00%。苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平组100例患者经过治疗后显效31例,有效34例,无效35例,总有效率65.00%。联合组100例患者经过治疗后显效46例,有效51例,无效3例,总有效率97.00%。结论贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床疗效优于单独使用一种药物治疗值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the benazepril combined with acid levamlodipine clinical efficacy in the treatment of hypertension, provide the basis for future treatment. Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 period in 300 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups, namely, benazepril group, acid levamlodipine combination groups. 100 patients in each group. Each group received the appropriate treatment for treatment. Observe the effect of treatment of patients in each group, and were evaluated. Results Benazepril group of 100 patients after treatment were cured 30 cases, effective 33 cases, ineffective in 37 cases, the total efficiency of 63.00%. Acid L-amlodipine group 100 patients were cured after treatment in 31 cases, effective 34 cases, ineffective in 35 cases, the total efficiency of 65.00%. Joint group of 100 patients after treatment 46 cases markedly effective in 51 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 97.00%. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of benazepril combined acid L-amlodipine treatment of high blood pressure is better than the effect of a single drug should be introduced.
