摘　　要：近年来医患矛盾不断升级,媒体的报道在一定程度上加剧了医患矛盾的发展。本文从医患矛盾现状分析、医患矛盾与新媒体关系等方面入手,探讨医疗机构和新媒体在缓解医患矛盾中应该采取的对策与措施。With escalating doctor-patient conflicts in recent years,the media,to a certain extent,contributed to the development of doctor-patient contradiction.This article analyzed the present situation of doctor-patient contradiction and the relationships between doctor-patient contradiction and new media,and discussed the policies and measures that medical institutions and new media should take for reducing the doctor-patient contradiction.
