摘　　要：本文根据电力企业采购工作的特点,结合采购过程关键要素及其控制要点,从"采购绩效指标体系的建立、"采购绩效指标算法的设计"、"评定细则的制定"和"评价过程信息化实现"四方面进行改善,构建电力物资采购绩效综合评价体系,量化和监控采购工作的全过程,改进采购工作流程,以实现物资供应链管理绩效提升为目标。Abstract： In this paper, according to the characteristics of electric power enterprise procurement, combined with the key elements and control points of the purchasing process, improvement is done from the establishment of procurement performance indicators system, procurement performance indicators algorithm design, assessment rules formulation and evaluation process informatization. The power supplies procurement performance evaluation system is built to quantify and monitor the whole process of purchasing work, and improve the procurement process, in order to realize the material supply chain management performance improvement.
