水利工程建设行业信任水平评价研究

摘　　要：水利工程建设项目中业主和承包商之间的信任是项目成功的关键因素。为研究当前业主和承包商之间的信任水平,本文通过对影响组织间信任水平的指标进行分析,根据信任指标来设计问卷,并定向发放问卷、分析问卷结果,从而得出水利建设行业业主和承包商之间的信任度水平。分析表明:当前业主和承包商之间的信任水平并不高,没有达到理想水平。计算型信任在业主和承包商之间是没有显著差异,而关系型信任存在显著性差异,从总体来看业主对承包商的信任和承包商对业主的信任两者不存在显著性差异。Abstract： The trust level between the owners and contractors is the key factor for project success in water conservancy projects. In order to study the level of trust between the owner and the contractor, ~his paper analyzes the indicators of inter-organizational trust level and designs questionnaires according to the indicators and distributes the questionnaires to the owners and contractors. After analyzing the results from the questionnaires, this paper gives the trust level between the owner and the contractor in water conservancy projects. The analysis results of the questionnaires show that the trust level between the owners and contractors is not too high and not achieve the desired results. There is no significant difference in the calculus-based trust between the owners and contractors and relational trust reveals significant difference. Overall, there is no significant difference between the trust from the owners to the contractors and the trust from the contractors to the owners.
