摘　　要：互联网+时代改变着各行各业的发展,作为独立学院的辅导员更应该与时俱进,顺应时代的发展,将互联网+融入到工作中。互联网+时代的到来使独立学院艺术专业辅导员工作面临着新的机遇和挑战,本文通过分析独立学院艺术专业辅导员目前的工作特点,结合独立学院艺术专业学生的特殊性进行全面的分析,提出互联网+时代背景下独立学院艺术专业的辅导员工作新策略和新道路。Abstract： The age of Intemet＋ has changed the development of all walks of life, so counselors of independent colleges should keep pace with the times and conform to the development of the times and take the Internet＋ into work. It has made counselor＇s work of art major in independent colleges face new opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the working characteristics of the independent coUege counselors of art major at present, combines with the particularity of art major students in independent colleges to conduct a comprehensive analysis, and puts forward new strategies and new road of independent college counselors of art maior in the Internet＋ background.
