摘 要:在建筑行业,起重机械作为必要的工程机械,在使用过程中存在诸多的安全问题,由于起重机械本身结构庞大,且受场地、成本等因素的限制,难以通过实际测验来提前预知安全隐患并采取防患措施,是起重机械运行事故率高居不下的原因。文章以虚拟现实为技术和理论依据搭建仿真实验平台,选取典型起重机械"平头塔吊"作为仿真原型,实现了起重机械仿真实验平台的设计,并利用Solidworks和Unity 3D等软件搭建出虚拟的塔吊作业场景。该研究为面向各领域的起重机械仿真实验提供了技术支持,同时对类似的工程机械仿真具有重要参考价值。Abstract: In the construction industry, as the necessary engineering machinery, the lifting equipment has many security problems in the operation. The lifting equipment has large structure and it is limited by the site, cost and other factors, so it is difficult to predict safety risks and take corresponding measures by the real experiments, which is the cause of the high accident rate of lifting machinery operation. This paper designs a simulation experimental platform of lifting appliance based on virtual reality technology with the typical lifting machinery, flat head tower crane, as the simulator. In the meanwhile, the tower crane Operation scene is built with Solidworks and Unity 3D. This research not only supplies technical support for the simulation experiments of lifting equipment in various spheres, but also provides theoretical reference for the simulation of similar engineering machinery.
