摘 要:针对矿压监测问题,通过分析矿压监测技术原理,研发了能够实时监测顶板及围岩的应力应变矿压监测仪,该监测仪能够精确动态地监测锚杆锚索的受力情况,据此确定巷道矿压显现规律。该仪器在中煤集团马营塔矿进行了实践研究,通过对所得数据进行处理分析,准确地得出了9103回风巷道顶板锚杆的受力状态、受力变化过程及变化趋势,为巷道顶板支护方案优化提供了基础数据和理论依据。Aiming at the mine pressure monitoring problems and by analyzing the principles of mine pressure monitoring technology,a kind of mine pressure monitor was researched and developed,which could monitor the stress-strain of the roof and surrounding rocks in real time and monitor the force conditions of bolts and cables accurately and dynamically.So the mine pressure behaviors were hereby determined.The practice research on the monitor was carried out in Mayingta Mine of China National Coal Group Corp.With the analysis on the obtained data,the stress state,stress changing process and trend of the roof bolts in air retuning roadway of No.9103 working face were achieved,which provided basic data and theoretical basis for supporting scheme optimization.
