摘 要:为防治荆各庄矿煤巷高冒区严重的自然发火隐患,以该矿充填使用的粉煤灰为骨料,通过添加高分子聚合物和生物胶体材料,研制出了高冒区充填新型粉煤灰胶体材料。测试了不同配比、不同温度下粉煤灰胶体材料的析水速率,计算出相应的析水率和保水率及粉煤灰充填胶体材料最佳保水率配比;测试了不同配比情况下粉煤灰充填胶体材料的粘度。根据保水率和粘度指标确定了粉煤灰胶体材料的最佳充填配比并进行了井下高冒区充填试验。In order to prevent the serious hidden danger of coal spontaneous heating in high roof falling area of coal roadway in Jingezhuang Coal Mine,the new type material that the fly ash was the aggregate and the high molecular polymer and the biological gel material were the additive,which was used for filling in the high roof falling area,was developed.The water separating rates of fly ash and gel material under different ratio and temperature were tested,and then the corresponding water separating rate,water retention rate and the ratio of fly ash and gel material under optimal water retention rate were calculated;the viscosity of fly ash and gel material under different ratio was tested.According to the index of water retention rate and viscosity,the optimal ratio of fly ash and gel material was determined and the filling experiment of fly ash and gel material in the high roof falling area was carried out.
