摘　　要：为实现球面销生产中模具的开模自动化,研发了球面销总成开模设备。设计过程基于NX三维软件,运用了自顶而下设计和模块化设计方法。NX的参数化方法应用设计过程各个阶段:概念设计、产品布局和详细设计。针对三开模开模、拔环的难点,设计了专用的开模、拔环机构。控制系统采用可编程控制器(PLC),实现了球面销模具开模自动化。An equipment for spherical-surface-pin assembly is developed in order to realize the automation of mold opening. The method of top-down and module design based on NX software are applied. The associated parameter- ization is implemented on each design stage including concept design, product layout and structural detail design. On this basis, a special novel mould opening mechanism and a drawing mechanism are designed considering the structure of spherical-surface-pin assembly. The programmable logic controller （PLC） is used in the control sys- tem. Consequently, the automation equipment for spherical-surface-pin assembly is applied in the production sub- stituted the manual operation for mold opening.
