摘　　要：目的了解确诊初期的急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿父母在患儿照护过程中的需求。方法运用质性现象学研究方法,对14例患儿父母进行深度的半结构访谈,并以内容分析法分析资料。结果急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿父母需求可归纳为5个主题:信息需求,症状管理需求,心理社会需求,经济支持需求和高品质医疗需求。结论确诊初期的急性淋巴细胞性白血病患儿父母在照护过程中存在多种方面的需求,了解父母的需求有利于医护人员给予其多角度综合干预和支持。Objective To understand parents＇ needs in taking care of early diagnosed children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL）.Methods A qualitative phenomenological methodology was used in this study.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 parents.The data were analyzed using content analysis.Results Five themes were extracted including disease related information,symptom management,psycho-social needs,economic support,and high quality medical needs.Conclusions Parents of early diagnosed children with ALL have many different aspects of needs in taking care of their children.The understanding of parents＇ needs is helpful for healthcare providers to provide comprehensive and systematic intervention to satisfy parents＇ needs.
