摘　　要：目的探讨改善早期腹膜透析导管功能障碍的护理干预措施。方法便利选取2013年1月至2014年12月行腹膜透析(peritoneal dialysis,PD)置管的患者98例,制定早期PD导管功能障碍的标准化护理流程,做好PD导管植入术的围术期护理,加强早期PD导管功能障碍的观察和护理。结果有13例患者术后出现导管功能障碍,其中导管移位4例、各种原因堵塞9例。其中7例经对症处理后获得再通,3例重新置管,2例拔管,1例改血液透析治疗。结论系统、规范的护理干预可以有效预防和减少PD导管功能障碍的发生,避免患者再次手术的痛苦,增强患者治疗的信心。Objective To explore the nursing intervention in improving early phase of peritoneal dialysis catheter malfunction.Methods By convenience sampling,98 cases were selected;the standard nursing procedure of early phase of peritoneal dialysis catheter malfunction was made,and the observation and nursing of the cases were strengthened.Results Totally 13 cases developed peritoneal dialysis catheter malfunction.Among them,4cases occurred catheter tip dislocation and 9cases of catheter obstruction.There were 7cases successfully continuing on the program,3cases had restored the catheter,2cases quitted peritoneal dialysis and 1case was transferred to hematodialysis treatment.Conclusions Systematic standard nursing intervention can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis catheter malfunction,diagnosis and intervention on early phase could reduce the replacement surgery and improve the patient＇s confidence on peritoneal dialysis.
