摘  要:目的探讨多元化阶段式宣教模式对ICU患者家属疾病不确定感的影响。方法便利选取2013年1-12月初次入住ICU且入住时间48h以上的250例非清醒患者的授权家属作为研究对象,其中1-6月的家属为对照组,7-12月的家属为研究组。对照组行常规口头入院宣教和探视时的健康宣教,研究组按患者住院进程采用视听看结合的方式实行多元化阶段式健康宣教。结果研究组患者家属对ICU宣教满意度高于对照组,探视制度遵守率及总投诉率低于对照组疾病不确定感得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多元化阶段式宣教模式能有效降低ICU患者家属的不确定感,增加其对ICU护士的信任感,提高护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the influence of diversified stage of education mode on the uncertainty of family members of ICU patients.Methods By convenience sampling,family members of 250 cases in coma were selected and family members of patients who were admitted to ICU in January to June were selected as the control group and cases admitted to hospital in July to December were selected as study group.The control group received routine oral admission education and visit health education,while the study group received health education in the diversified forms.Results The health education satisfaction level in study group was higher than that of control group,and the visitation compliance rate and overall complaints rate in study group were lower than control group.The disease uncertainty score in study group was lower than that of control group(all P〈0.05).Conclusions Diversified stage of education mode can effectively reduce the uncertainty to illness of family members of ICU patients,and increase their sense of trust to ICU and improv the nursing service satisfaction.
