摘 要:在分析淮安红椒连作10年大棚土壤养分含量和土壤酶活性基础上,研究了早春和秋延迟红椒施用芽孢杆菌菌剂后连作土壤中有机质、有效养分和酶活性的变化,探讨了芽孢杆菌菌剂在修复淮安红椒连作障碍方面的可行性及其作用机理。结果表明,红椒连作土壤中的有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量显著升高,脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、过氧化物酶及脱氢酶活性显著降低,过氧化氢酶活性显著升高;每亩施用200~400 g芽孢杆菌菌剂能够显著促进红椒对土壤有机质和有效养分的吸收和利用,降低土壤中有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量,能够显著改善根际土壤微生态,提高土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶、过氧化物酶和脱氢酶活性,降低过氧化氢酶活性;芽孢杆菌菌剂能够显著缓解淮安红椒的连作障碍。Based on the analysis of soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity in the 10 years continuous cropping greenhouse grown Huai’an red pepper, the effect of bacillus agent applied to red pepper field in early spring and late autumn on organic matter, available nutrient and enzyme activity in the continuous cropping soil were investigated. The feasibility in repairing continuous cropping obstacle and its mechanism were also discussed. The results showed that the organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the continuous cropping soil increased significantly. The activities of urease, saccharase, protease, peroxidase, and dehydrogenase decreased significantly, while the catalase activity increased obviously. The agent at 200- 400 g per a unit of area(667 m2) could clearly promote the absorption and utilization of soil organic matter and available nutrients, reduce the content of soil organic matter, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. It can also significantly improve soil microbial ecology, increase the activity of urease, peroxidase, protease, saccharase and dehydrogenase, while reduce the activity of catalase. Therefore, bacillus agent could significantly relieve the soil continuous cropping obstacle in huai’an red pepper production.
