摘 要:针对目前山核桃破壳取仁困难导致山核桃产业生产效率低这一现状,设计了一套系统性的试验方案,用以探究高破壳率、低果仁损伤率的山核桃破壳的力学特性参数,包括采用电镜试验和微机控制电子万能试验机(CMT5105)等分析了山核桃的物理结构和力学特性。结果表明,不同含水率和破壳加载力方向对山核桃破壳有显著影响。山核桃含水率为14.59%时,长轴方向破壳效果最佳。该研究为山核桃后续相关试验及其破壳装备研发提供了理论依据。It is difficult to harvest pecan kernels from the hard shell, which results in a low production efficiency in pecan industry. A systematical testing scheme was designed to explore the mechanical parameters for a high shell breaking rate and a low kernel damage rate. The test system includes the electron microscope test and electronic universal testing machine(CMT5105) to analyze the physical and mechanical properties of the pecan shell. The results showed that the water content of pecan and the cutting direction for a shell have significant effects on the breaking shell. When the water content of pecan was 14.59%, the shell breaking along the long axis was the best. It provides a theoretical basis for the further tests using equipment in the future.
