填料对水乳型沥青防水涂料稳定性的影响

摘　　要：采用不同的填料可以调节水乳型沥青防水涂料的储存稳定性。本文通过正交试验,考察了无机粉料和增稠剂对水乳型沥青防水涂料储存稳定性及力学性能的影响,得到了试验范围内的最佳配方:膨润土浆料为26%、增稠剂ZC-01为0.5%、增稠剂ZC-02为0.5%。同时,试验证明碳酸钙浆料是通过调节黏度改变涂料的储存稳定性,而膨润土浆料是通过电荷作用影响涂料的储存稳定性。Storage stability of polymer emulsion modified asphalt waterproofing coating could be adjusted by different fillers.This article inspected the influences of inorganic powders and thickeners on storage stability and mechanical performances of the coating by orthogonal experiment, and obtained the best formula in the test： bentonite slurry was 26%, thickeners ZC-01 was 0.5% and thickeners ZC-02 was 0.5%. The experiments also showed that calcium carbonate slurry changed the storage stability by adjusting the viscosity, while bentonite slurry affectted the storage stability by charge action.
