摘　　要：概述了全球丁腈橡胶(NBR)的产能等状况,分析了我国NBR的产能、产量及消费现状,介绍了我国主要NBR生产厂家的产品结构和价格变化等情况。从环保型NBR开发、三元共聚NBR、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)产品开发、乳液聚合动力学基础研究、NBR在线监测技术发展及国内NBR在关键技术进步、聚合工艺改进和新产品开发等几个方面介绍了国内外NBR生产技术的最新进展,并展望了我国未来NBR的市场及技术发展趋势。紧密联系市场,优化聚合反应配方,改进生产工艺,提高过程控制水平,研发高性能NBR的新牌号,绿色环保化生产及提高产品服务质量是增强NBR产品市场竞争力的重要举措。The global nitrile rubber （NBR） production capacity and other situation were overviewed, and the capacity, output and consumption of NBR in China were analyzed, the product structure for major manufacture and price changes of NBR in China were introduced. The latest developments of NBR production technology were introduced from the aspects of the development of environmentally friendly NBR product, terpolymer NBR, hydrogenated nitrile rubber （HBR） product, emulsion polymerization kinetics of basic research, NBR inline monitoring technology, and domestic NBR progress in key technologies, the polymerization process improvement, new product development, and the development proposal for China＇ s NBR market and technology was put forward. Closely linked markets, optimize the polymerization reaction formula, improve the production process and the level of polymerization process control, research and development of new grades of high performance NBR, green production and improve product quality of service is to enhance the market competitiveness of NBR.
