摘　　要：通过分析当前高校毕业生就业面临的供需矛盾持续增大、产业吸纳就业能力总体偏弱、结构性矛盾相对突出等复杂严峻形势,以及前所未有的就业创业重大机遇,科学诠释"大众创业、万众创新"的时代主题和不可阻挡的发展趋势,从提高培养质量、补齐培养短板、汇聚培养合力层面,深化高校就业创业教育改革,创新人才培养机制,提升人才培养质量,打造就业创业教育新模式、构建就业创业人才培养新环境、提升就业创业服务新水平。Through analyzing the complicated situation of college graduates’increasing contradictions be-tween supply and demand,the general weakness of employment absorptive capacity and acute structural contra-diction,as well as the unprecedented major opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship,the paper inter-prets the theme of the times and the growing tendency of public business innovation and systematically explains how the college graduates set up their own business. Furthermore,it also studies how to increase the training quality,make up the training weakness,and develop the resultant level. At the same time,it discusses the ways to deepen the reform of employment and entrepreneurship,bring force personnel training mechanism,improve training quality,create new education model,construct new employment environment,promote the level of serv-ice,cultivate innovative staff to start business,so as to put forward ideas and countermeasures to help the college graduates′ employment.
