滋阴利肺汤联合化学药物治疗肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对肺结核合并糖尿病患者给予短程化疗联合滋阴利肺汤实施治疗的临床效果进行分析与探究。方法:选取100例肺结核合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用短程化疗方案治疗;观察组患者应用滋阴利肺汤联合短程化疗方案治疗。对比分析两组患者的痰菌阴转率、肺部病灶吸收情况以及总体临床疗效。结果:治疗1、3、6月末,观察组患者的痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率与对照组相比明显较高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率(98.00%)与对照组的总有效率(64.00%)相比明显较高,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核合并糖尿病患者采用滋阴利肺汤联合短程化疗实施治疗效果显著,改善了其临床症状,促进了痰菌转阴,且有利于肺部病灶的吸收,值得推广应用。Objective: To analyze and research clinical effects of short-course chemotherapy combined with nourishing yin and clearing lung soup in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 100 pulmonary tuberculosis patients combined with diabetes were used as the research objects,and divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The patients in control group used the short-course chemotherapy regimen,while those in experimental group were given nourishing yin and clearing lung decoction combined with short-course chemotherapy treatment. The sputum negative conversion rate,absorption of lung lesions and the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: At the end of 1,3,6 months,the sputum negative conversion rate and focus absorption rate of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences were significant( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate of experimental group( 98%)was significantly higher than that of control group( 64%),and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: For the pulmonary tuberculosis patients with diabetes mellitus,nourishing Yin and clearing lung decoction combined with short-course chemotherapy has significant treatment effects,can improve the clinical symptoms,promote the sputum negative conversion and is conducive to the absorption of pulmonary lesions,and is worthy of popularization and application.
