摘  要:低熔点氧化物杂质显著影响热障涂层性能,本文用HVOF喷涂NiCoCrAlY合金粘结层,APS喷涂YSZ陶瓷面层,以研究SiO_2含量对YSZ涂层热震性能的影响。用XRD、SEM、EDX分别分析热震失效后涂层断裂面的相组成、微观形貌及杂质分布。结果表明:可忽略相成分变化对热震性能的影响;在一致的涂层微观形貌前提下,涂层热震次数随着SiO_2含量升高而降低,且亚微米到微米级SiO_2杂质是降低YSZ涂层热震次数的主要原因。As the low melting point oxide impurities significantly affect the performance of thermal barrier coatings(TBC), the research on thermal shock resistance of air plasma sprayed(APS) YSZ thermal barrier coatings with NiCoCrAlY bond coats deposited by HVOF is conducted to explore the effect of impurities on it. The fracture surface of the APS topcoats is studied by XRD, SEM and EDX to analyze its phase composition, micro-structure and impurity segregation respectively. It has been found that the effect of phase composition on the thermal shock times can be neglected. In addition, SiO_2 can decrease the thermal shock times on the premise of uniform micro-structure. Furthermore, the main reason of decreased thermal shock times is the existence of the micron or sub-micron segregated impurities in YSZ.
