加味异功散方联合艾迪注射液治疗中晚期胃癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察加味异功散方联合艾迪注射液对中晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法将64例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例。2组均予艾迪注射液静脉滴注,连续2周。治疗组在此基础上加服加味异功散方,每日1剂,午饭后口服,连续4周;对照组不加服其他药物。观察2组患者治疗前后肿瘤标志物(CEA、CA199)、中医证候积分及体力状况评分。结果治疗组治疗后中医证候积分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的总有效率为84.38%(27/32),对照组为43.75%(14/32),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后卡氏评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组肿瘤标志物治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味异功散方联合艾迪注射液对中晚期胃癌的肿瘤标志物改善不明显,但对患者中医证候和体力状况的改善非常明显。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Yigongsan Formula combined withAidi-injection on advanced gastric cancer. Methods Totally 64 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group. Both groups were treated withAidi-injection for intravenous drip, continuous infusion for 2 weeks. The treatment group was treated with ModifiedYigongsan Formula, daily 1 agent, oral administration after lunch, for 4 weeks continuously; the control group did nottake other medicine. The tumor markers （CEA, CA199）, TCM syndrome score and physical condition score of thepatients before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the treatmentgroup was significantly improved than that in the control group; the total effective rate was 84.38% （27/32） in thetreatment group, and 43.75% （14/32） in the control group; the treatment group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group （P〈0.05）. The Karnofsky score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup （P〈0.05）. The tumor markers of two groups had no significant difference before and after treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Modified Yigongsan Formula combined with Aidi-injection on advanced gastric cancer tumor markerimprovement was not obvious, but the improvement of TCM syndrome and physical condition of patients is veryobvious.
