摘  要:在水平井钻井过程中钻柱的摩擦力大,影响钻压施加,减少钻进速度和水平段钻进长度。以前的降摩阻工具存在不足。进行了降摩阻理论分析,研制了全程滚动式水平井降摩阻工具。该工具通过滚珠与井壁接触,实现滚动摩擦,结构合理,操作方便,能够有效降低水平井钻井过程中的摩阻。介绍了该工具的关键技术,对同类工具的研发思路具有一定的指导意义。In horizontal well drilling process, the friction force of the drill string is great, which in- fluences the drilling pressure and reduces the drilling speed and the horizontal section. There are shortcomings in the previous reduction of friction resistance. The theoretical analysis of the drag reduction is carried out and the full range rolling tool for reducing resistance in the process of drilling horizontal well was developed. The tool through the ball in contact with the wall, realize the rolling friction, the structure is reasonable, and the operation is convenient, that can effectively reduce the resistance in the process of drilling horizontal well. The key technologies of the tool are introduced and the development way of similar tools has certain guidance significance.
