摘 要:目的:分析不同程度羊水污染的动脉血气.方法:选取温州中心医院2014年1月~12月分娩的新生儿,I度污染100例、Ⅱ度污染96例、Ⅲ度污染80例,与正常120例对照其血气分析结果.结果:III度羊水组pH、BE、PaO2、PaCO2值均与正常组有明显差异,存在统计学意义(P〈0.05);I度羊水组pH、BE、PaO2、PaCO2值均与正常组无明显差异,无统计学意义(P〉0.05);II度羊水组中PH、BE 值与正常组无统计意义(P〉0.05),PaO2、PaCO2与正常组有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:II度和III度羊水污染的动脉血气有差异,指导不同的产科处理.Objective:To investigate the correlation between different levels of amniotic fluid contamination and arterial blood gas.Methods:Select newly-born babies from January 2014 to December 2014 in a hospital.The blood gas analysis results of 96 cases of I degree contamination,100 cases of second degree contamination,80 cases of third degree pollution contamination,and 120 cases of normal control were selected.Results:Potential of hydrogen(pH),base excess(BE),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_2)and rarterial partial pressure of carbondioxide(PaCO_2)values of III degree amniotic fluid contamination group were significantly different from those of the normal group,and their differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).pH、BE、PaO_2、PaCO_2of I degree amniotic fluid contamination group were not significantly different from those of the normal group,and their differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).pH、BE of II degree amniotic fluid contamination group had no statistical significance from the normal group(P>0.05),PaO_2、PaCO_2had statistical significance from the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:there were differences between II degree and III degree of amniotic fluid contamination of arterial blood,which can offer guide for different obstetric treatment.
