比较非胸腔镜辅助改良Nuss手术与胸腔镜手术矫治漏斗胸的疗效

摘　　要：目的：对比应用非胸腔镜辅助改良Nuss手术、胸腔镜手术对漏斗胸患者进行矫治的效果.方法：选择2012年8月～2015年8月期间在某院接受治疗的80例漏斗胸患者随机分为对照组、观察组,分别给予胸腔镜辅助Nuss手术、非胸腔镜辅助改良Nuss手术进行治疗.结果：观察组平均手术时间为（21.1±1.3）min,显著短于对照组的（34.6±1.6）min（P〈0.05）;两组术中出血、并发症发生率等比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）.结论：应用非胸腔镜辅助改良Nuss手术对漏斗胸进行治疗效果好,安全性高.Objective:To compare the curative effect of treating funnel chest diseases by thoracoscope assisted improved Nuss procedure and thoracoscope surgery.Methods:Select 80 patients with funnel chest treated in a hospital from August 2012 to August 2015,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,treated by thoracoscope assisted Nuss procedure and the thoracoscope assisted improved Nuss procedure respectively.Results:The average operation time of observation group was(21.1±1.3)min,significantly shorter than that of the control group(34.6±1.6)min(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Application of thoracoscope assisted improved Nuss procedure has a good effect for treating funnel chest with high safety.
