优质护理干预在外周静脉化疗护理中应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨外周静脉化疗患者应用优质护理干预效果。方法:将收治的80例恶性肿瘤需接受化疗治疗患者按数字随机原则分为实验组与对照组各40例,给予对照组患者常规护理,实验组从心理护理、穿刺护理、外渗护理等方面施以优质护理干预,比较两组患者的一次性穿刺成功率、外渗率、外渗处理结果以及患者的满意度情况。结果:实验组一次性穿刺成功率、外渗发生率均显著低于对照组,比较两组中发生过外渗的患者的处理效果也是试验组显著优于对照组,组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组与对照组患者满意率分别为95.0%与60.0%,组间比较以实验组明显更高,具有统计学意义(χ2=9.533,P<0.01)。结论:优质护理干预对提升外周静脉化疗的治疗效果有较高临床应用价值,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of application of high quality nursing intervention in peripheral venous chemotherapy nursing.Methods:80cases of malignant tumor having received chemotherapywere randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,and the experimental received quality nursing intervention such as psychological nursing,nursing,nursing,extravasation of puncture.Then compare the successful puncture rate for one time,leakage rate,leakage treatment results and patients' satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The successful puncture rate for one time and leakage rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The treatment effect of leakage of the experiment groups was also superior to that of the control group,and the difference is of statistical significance(P<0.01);patients satisfaction rate of the experiment group and the control group were 95% and 60% respectively.The result of the experimentgroup was significantly higher,with statistically significant(χ2=9.533,P<0.01).Conclusion:Quality nursing intervention has clinical value in promoting peripheral venous chemotherapy,worthy of clinical application.
