摘 要:目的:研究护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中的作用,以供参考.方法:选择某院2012年1月~2014年1月期间收治的30例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并将研究对象随机分为对照组和实验组.对照组15例老年糖尿病患者给予常规护理,实验组15例老年糖尿病患者在常规护理基础上给予心理护理,加强护患沟通,对比两组患者对护理服务的满意度.结果:实验组老年糖尿病患者总满意度为86.67%,明显高于对照组66.67%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中取得了显著的临床疗效,明显提高患者对护理服务的满意度,值得在临床上推广使用.Objective:To research on the role of nurse-patient communication in elderly diabetic care process in order to offer reference.Methods:Select 30 cases of elderly diabetic patients in a hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 period as research subjects,who were randomly divided into control and experimental groups.15 cases in the control group received routine care and the experimental group received psychological care besides routine care,and strengthened communication between nurses and patients,then compare satisfaction of care service of the two groups.Results:The overall satisfaction of the experimental group was 86.67%,significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-patient communication has clinical efficacy in elderly diabetic care process,significantly improves patients' satisfaction in care services,which should be promoted.
