摘  要:大港油田段六拨区块油层埋藏深、储层井段长,受长期注水与边底水的综合影响,造成多套压力并存,油水关系复杂,导致固井质量难以提高。在分析前期固井资料的基础上,结合现场实际情况提出:固井前调整硅基钻井液的流变性能及p H值是清除井壁"虚滤饼"的技术关键;通过采用水化热测试,优化出了液固态转变时间短、速硬、早强的水泥浆配方,并采用了加重隔离液、高密度领浆及常规密度尾浆的倒浆柱结构和过平衡压力固井技术。在段六拨区块应用了段38-30井等12口井,合格率100%,固井质量优质段率由23%提高到了72%,形成了一套适用于大港油田调整井的固井技术。The Duanliubo Block of Dagang Oilfield is characterized by deep burial depth and long well interval in reservoirs, so under the comprehensive influence of long-term water injection and edge-bottom water, the area appeared multi-pressure systems and complex water-oil relation, leading to difficulty in improving cementig quality. Based on the analysis of the early cementing data and combined with the actual situation, this paper presents the idea that adjusting rheological properties and p H value of silicate-based drilling fluids is key technology for removing the "virtual filter cake". A new evaluation method was used to optimize the cement slurry formulation which has short liguid-solid transformation time and can be fast setting and early strong. In addition, a inverted pulp-column structure and over-balance pressure cementing technology was used with heavy spacer, high density lead slurry and conventional density tail slurry. These technologies were continuously applied to 12 wells, such as Duan38-30, the percent of pass was 100% and high-quality interval rate of cementing quality was improved from 23% to 72% in the area of Duanliubo. And the cementing technologies which were applicable to Dagang Oilfield adjustment wells were formed.
