摘 要:在新疆玛纳斯县六户地镇采用单因素随机区组小区实验,研究真功夫、脱吐隆、棉海、棉花低温脱叶剂4种脱叶剂对棉花脱叶效果、产量及纤维品质的影响。结果表明,脱叶剂处理下的棉花单铃重、成熟度及马克隆值略小于清水处理,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。脱叶剂处理和清水处理下的产量、衣分、纤维长度、伸长率、整齐度、比强度均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。喷施脱吐隆20d后脱叶率达到88.5%,与其他处理差异极显著(P<0.01)。喷施脱叶剂20d后,脱吐隆处理与棉花低温脱叶剂处理下棉花吐絮率较好,分别为91.1%和88.9%。脱吐隆和棉花低温脱叶剂适宜在北疆使用。The plot experiment in Manas county,Xinjiang were carried out to study the influence of4 kinds of defoliant,such as real skill,Dropp ultradisleave agent,cotton sea,cotton low temperature defoliant on defoliant effects of cotton,yield and fiber quality.The result showed that single boll weight of cotton,matuarity and Macrom value treated with defoliant were slightly less than that of water treatment,but the difference was not significant(P〈0.05).The yield lint percentage fiber length,elongation,uniformity,strength treated with defoliant and water had no significant difference(P〈0.05),but after spraying Dropp ultradisleave agent for 20 d.the defolianting rate reached 88.5%,the differences from comparison with other treatments had significant differences(P〈0.01).After spraing defoliant for 20 d,The boll opening rate of cotton were better when Dropp ultradisleave treatment and thidizuron defoliant treatment were carried out,which reached 91.1% and 88.9%respectively.Dropp ultradisleave and tridiazuron were appropriate for use in Northern Xinjiang.
