新疆棉铃虫不同地理种群的抗寒性研究

摘　　要：采集新疆喀什、阿克苏、鄯善、吐鲁番、哈密、昌吉、博乐、伊犁的棉铃虫幼虫,人工饲养建立8个棉铃虫地理种群,通过测定棉铃虫不同地理种群滞育蛹的过冷却点、低温生存能力（LT_（50））及血淋巴中糖含量来比较不同地理种群棉铃虫的耐寒性。利用Logger-220过冷却仪对棉铃虫过冷却点的测定结果表明,新疆不同地理种群棉铃虫之间过冷却点差异不显著（P〉0.05）。新疆不同地理种群棉铃虫的滞育蛹在-15℃和-20℃的室内条件下,50%个体致死所需的时间（LT_（50））分别为13.0d和0.4d,种群间差异不显著（P〉0.05）。新疆不同地理种群棉铃虫滞育蛹血淋巴中的含糖量测定结果表明,不同种群间差异不显著（P〉0.05）。新疆棉铃虫喀什、阿克苏、鄯善、吐鲁番、哈密、昌吉、博乐、伊犁种群雌虫滞育蛹血淋巴含糖量为2.72~3.10 mg/100mg,雄虫为2.65~3.02mg/100mg。新疆不同地理种群棉铃虫的耐寒性不存在差别。The bollworm larvae from Kashi,Aksu,Shanshan,Turpan,Hami,Changji,Bole,Ili of Xinjiang were collected and 8bollworm geographical populations were developed after artificial feeding.It was determined that the supecooling point,low temperture living capacity（LT_（50））,hemolymoph sugar content in different geographical diapause pupae of bollworm were compared with the cold resistance of different geographical populations bollworm measured by Logger-220 supercooling instrument showed that the differences of supercooling point between bollworms with different geographical populations in Xinjiang were not significant（P〉0.05）.Under room conditions of-15 ℃ and-20 ℃,time of 50%lethal individuals required 13 days,0.4day respectively.The differences between the populations were not significant（P〉0.05）.The result of sugar content measured by diapause pupae of hemolymph of bollworm of different geographical populations showed that the differences between different populations were not significant（P〉0.05）.The hemolymph sugar content in diapause pupae of male bollworm from Kashi,Aksu,Shanshan,Turpan,Harmi,Changji,Bole,Ili populations,Xinjiang were 2.72-3.10 mg/100 mg,that of female bollworm were 2.65-3.02mg/100 mg.There were no differences in cold resistance of different geographical populations bollworm in Xinjiang.
