黑龙江东部城市天然气供需现状及未来展望

摘　　要：由于天然气资源的匮乏,黑龙江省东部各城市天然气利用水平不高,市场开发程度较低,严重制约当地人民生产、生活水平的改善和地方经济的发展。随着中俄东线天然气管道的开工建设,黑龙江东部城市迎来了天然气大规模发展的机遇期。本文首先从全省供需现状入手,根据实地调研成果,详细分析东部城市气源和市场发展现状,指出存在问题;其次是结合国家和地方发展趋势,从需求总量、需求分布、需求结构、季节调峰四个层次,展望黑龙江东部城市未来市场潜力;再根据中俄东线天然气干线管道走向及站场布置,探讨环状、树状、支状天然气管网等可能的供应方式,并分析每种方式的优劣势;最后根据市场规模、建设运营模式、价格承受能力和建设周期等方面,提出问题和建议。Due to the lack of natural gas resources, low utilization level of natural gas in eastern cities of Heilongjiang, low degree of the market development, the improvement of local people's living conditions and the development of local economy are severely restricted. With the construction of the Russia-China Eastern Route Pipeline, eastern cities of Heilongjiang ushered in the opportunity for burst development of natural gas. This paper starts with the current situation of supply and demand in Heilongjiang province. According to the results of on-the-spot research, the paper analyzes the current situation of the eastern cities' gas source and gas development in detail, points out existing problem. Secondly, according to the national and local development trend, it prospects the eastern cities' market potential in the future in four levels which are total demand, demand distribution, demand structure, seasonal peak shaving. Thirdly, according to the trunk pipeline and the site layout, it explores the annular, dendritic, branch-shaped pipe network and other possible ways of supply, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Finally, according to the existing problems of market size, construction and operation mode, price and the construction period, relevant suggestions are put forward.
